TOUR FROM MARRAKECH DAY 1: MARRAKECH -AIT BENHADDOU - DADES VALLEY:

Our tour from Marrakech begins today, when we will pick you up from your Marrakech hotel and begin our journey to the Dades Valley through the Tizi n'Tichka Pass and the High Atlas Mountains. Today you will get the opportunity to travel across the spectacular pass and take in the breathtaking views of Berber communities and the changing environment as the day develops. You will stop in Ourazazate to visit the Kasbah Taourirt, one of the most beautiful Kasbahs on this area. You'll have lunch at the Kasbah before continuing on to the Dades Gorges via the "1000 Kasbahs Road." Then we'll go to Kalaat M'Gouna, which is in the heart of Rose Valley. We'll then travel to the Dades Valley, where you can see the incredible "monkey toes" rock formation. Dinner is provided, as is an overnight stay in a traditional riad.

TOUR FROM MARRAKECH - DAY 2: DADES VALLEY - TODGHA GORGES - MERZOUGA:

After breakfast , you’ll leave the Dades Valley towards Tinrghir and the Todgha valley. enjoying the panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overlooking the valley. Arrive in the Gorges and take a walk beneath the 300-meter-high red wall, where many rock climbers come to practice their favorite sport. Following an optional hour trek in the valley, your Marrakech tour continues to Erfoud, then to Merzouga, where we prepare for a camel ride into the desert with an expert camel guide. We visit the Erg-Chebbi desert and spend the night at Merzouga's desert camp.

TOUR FROM MARRAKECH - DAY 3: MERZOUGA - DRAA VALLEY - OUARZAZATE:

Today, we'll be treated to a beautiful desert sunrise at Merzouga. After that, we ride camels back to Merzouga. Your camel man will get you up early in the morning to view one of the most beautiful sunrises you've ever seen. After that, you'll return to Merzouga village by foot. After breakfast, we go on a tour of Merzouga. We’ll visit the village of the Gnawa people, originally slaves brought from Sudan Mali and Senegal, to experience their music and lifestyle. After that, you leave for Rissani - once Sijilmassa - the foundation of the Alaouite daynasty, the current ruling family. With most of the woman veiled, and men hooded, this is a very traditional Moroccan town. We'll continue on to the stunning kasbah Tamnougalt and Agdz village, passing through Alnif and Tazzarine on our way to the interesting Draa Valley at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, where hundreds of Berber Kasbahs may be found, and then to Ouarzazate, where you'll be staying in a riad.

TOUR FROM MARRAKECH - DAY 4: OUARZAZATE - MARRAKECH:

You'll start your drive to Marrakech after breakfast in your riad, going through Morocco's largest Kasbah and then crossing the Atlas Mountains. You'll be able to take in the panoramic vistas and gorgeous moon-like scenery as you continue on to Kasbah Telouet through the Ounilla valley, with the contrast of Berber settlements and the Atlas Mountains. Today, you'll also visit the Kasbah Telouet, which was once known for the commerce caravans led by T-Hami El Glaoui forebears towards the end of the eighteenth century. Your journey will continue into the High Atlas Mountains, going through the beautiful Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2260m), before arriving at your hotel in Marrakech.
